Terms and Conditions for Colombia I Am
 
We must receive full payment for goods that you order online before your order can be accepted. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm this by sending you an email to the email address provided by you when you placed the order. Once we have accepted your order there exists a legally binding agreement between you and us. Only persons aged 18 and over are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and consequently are the only people entitled to use this site.
 
Pricing and Delivery

The amounts payable for any goods ordered by you are as indicated in our website.

All of our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling - any other currencies displayed on the site are for comparison purposes only. Likewise you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling, consequently if you make a purchase from outside the UK, the amount billed to your credit card or any currency conversion displayed on this website may be affected by currency fluctuations and/or credit card charges.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery, in which case we will notify you. It is not always possible for us to deliver to some locations. All of our delivery charges are outlined on this website.
 
Delivery
 
Colombia I Am aims to ship items within 24 hours of your order being processed and your payment approved. All UK delivery is free of charge and sent via Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service so it will need to be signed for when it reaches you. Please bear this in mind when you place an order. If an item cannot be delivered to you, you will have to pay the repeat postage costs.
 
The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but as above, we aim to dispatch all orders from stock the NEXT WORKING DAY. But please note that certain goods can take approx 4 weeks. Please remember that all goods come from South America.
As soon as we have dispatched your item to you, we will email you to let you know. Please note that we are only able to dispatch an order to your registered billing address or a secondary address verified by your credit card company. We’re sorry if this causes any problems but we adopt this policy to protect your security.
 
Returns Policy

Any items returned under our 100% guarantee policy must not have been worn or damaged. This must be within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail. You may be subjected to a shipping charge. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act of UK. We have a return policy that is easy and fast. If you need to return an order you must e-mail us first at sales@colombia-i-am.com we will then send you a returns number. All items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Our Right to Cancel

 

We may cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to meet the demands of you order, we do not deliver to your area, the item(s) purchased by you were priced incorrectly for whatever reason.


If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we wil not be liable to you unless you contact us within 7 days of your receipt of he items to let us know.

If you don’t receive items within 7 days of ordering them, you have fourteen days from the order date to let us know, after which we will not be liable to you.

If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation will be one of the following, at your choosing:

1. 1. to rectify any shortage or non-delivery; or

2. 2. to replace any goods damaged or defective goods; or

3. 3. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of Royal Mail.

Notices

Unless stated elsewhere in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at sales@colombia-i-am.com. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time with or without notice. Your continued use of this site will be taken as acceptance to changes posted though we will try to notify you of any changes where possible.

From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, we will try to rectify these as soon as possibly but inevitably some may remain.
